Before requesting membership, please read through our 2026-2027 Member Handbook.

We are a Christ-centered homeschool group and welcome all homeschooling families for encouragement and support. If you agree to honor and respect the beliefs stated in REACH Kzoo's Statement of Faith, we welcome you to join our community.

 

Membership Application:

  • When filling out the Membership Application, you will be asked to create a username and password. Please be sure to save your username and password.
  • After filling out the online membership application form below, click CONTINUE. You will then be taken to a page with payment options. 

Membership Fees:

  • Annual Membership is $70.00 (non-refundable).  Membership is good until May 13th, 2027 (see details under the membership tab).
  • Please note that a 3% technology fee will be applied to all online payments.
  • Upon approval of your application and receipt of payment, you will receive a welcome email confirming your membership with our organization.

Classes:

  • To register for 2026-2027 Classes beginning on May 29th, the membership process must be completed.
  • Registration is a tiered process: 
    • 5/26/2026 at 9:00 AM Tier T: Tutors
    • 5/27/2026 at 9:00 AM Tier L: Designated Leads
    • 5/29/2026 at 9:00 AM Tier 1: Returning Members (25-26) who attended the Open House
    • 5/29/2026 at 12:00 PM Tier 2: Returning Members (25-26)
    • 6/2/2026 at 9:00 AM Tier 3: New Members who attended the Open House 
    • 6/2/2026 at 12:00 PM Tier 4: Open to all members.

2026-2027 Adult Background Check & Screening:

We ask that at least one parent from each family complete the background check and screening form.  Any parent or related family member who will be involved in fulfilling the parent co-op service commitment or planning to be present on campus for any reason needs to complete the form.

Final Check:

Please make sure you have done the following before hitting CONTINUE:
  • Have you entered all of your children?  If not, return to above, SELECT "Add Child" under the last child completed.
    • A student may not be taking classes but sign ups for pizza day, field trips, or other activities occur through the website so they will need to be in your profile to sign them up.
  • Have you updated each child's grade level for the 2026-2027 school year? 
    • If a student has graduated, please advance by selecting "Graduate" for the grade level.
  • Do you know your username and password? You will need this information to log into the website in the future. If you did not write this information down, please do so now. You can scroll back up to the username and password section to view or change this information.
  • Have you opted in to text messages? All families are required to do this in order to receive important text alerts.

Payment Instructions

Amount Due: $70.00 (non-refundable) Annual Membership Fee

Payment Methods:

1. Online: $72.10 (via Newtek) for membership fee (non-refundable), which includes a 3% Technology fee. (See note at the bottom).

  • Once you hit SUBMIT on your application, you will be taken to a page with a link to the online payment page. 

2.  Renewing families: If you are undecided about your plans for next year or do not plan to return, you may ignore the auto-generated invoice that will show in your account BALANCE.

 

Payment must be received and the application approved before you will be allowed to register for 2026-2027 classes.
